The General Manager and Operations Managers were all horrible and unprofessional, especially the General Manager who talked down to both me and my wife on multiple occasions. The people showed up late and spent most of their time texting because it was $320 per hour for first 8 hours, then $400 after that, no motivation the move at a normal pace. They made me pay all my money upfront on 18 February 2021 the day prior to delivery on 19 February 2021.

They will damage your belongings and then surely try to tell you that they only utilize Valuation, which is not insurance but the carrier’s (AMS) prescribed limit of liability per the Department of Transportation in the event of loss or damage. You're better off getting a company that values the consumers, especially when they come unprepared and upcharge.

Scheduled an All My Sons crew to help me unload a truck in Richmond, VA, where I was moving. I was told that the service had a 1-hour minimum for 2 men and was quoted a rate of $189/hr with a total of $189 travel fee. The crew they sent was 1 man and 1 woman, who were very pleasant, but they came from over 60 miles away in a Penske truck rather than a company truck. They were confused about the nature of the service they were to provide.

jamie, jayquan, and kolby were super helpful and quick, but - we were expecting them to be there between 8 and 9 like we were told, but they arrived/started around 9:30 - lots of our furniture has been scratched up - our bed frame now has a chunk missing out of it - even after walking through the house and explaining where we wanted each piece of furniture, we ended up having to move furniture ourselves - they wrapped a nightstand we did not ask them to take and left it for us to unwrap - we were told we’d receive…

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the moving crew that assisted me were incredible regardless of the shady practices of the home office. While my movers were excellent and did an incredible job. My experience over all was incredibly lack luster at best. I found the office team with the exception of Melissa to be unresponsive and ultimately deceptive.

Witnessed first hand the thievery of this so called company. Hidden fees that was not discussed during the booking of this company to move my friends items that showed up on the final invoice and was told until payment is made they cannot take the items off the truck. Do not trust the process. For what should have been a very easy move it took well over 5 hours. They didn't have to pack anything just load the truck. It took me and another person to move them along.

My verbal estimate was half as much as it actually cost. We have an inventory of our items which was relayed to the office person. We were told it would take 3 hours and about $1000. It took nearly 9 hours and cost $2500. Definitely get a written estimate. We chose this company based on this estimate. The head mover, Harrison, was knowledgeable, but the two assistants (Couy and Trey, both with the company for one work week) were very green and made mistakes, such as dropping and damaging our furniture, using tape…

I do not recommend this company at all. They were scheduled to move me at 8:30am Saturday 11/1. No call with time estimate. I called them at 10 asking when they would arrive. They said originally I was the first move of the day then when I called they said I was moved to the second move of the date and the ETA was TBD due to the 1st job there still on. I called back at 11:30 and they said the other job was going longer and asked if I would reschedule to Monday and I’d be the first move of the day.
