The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
1-Star Review – Metro Movers and Storage Avoid Metro Movers and Storage at all costs. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They picked up my belongings in Ontario on February 24th and didn’t deliver them until months later. During that entire time, getting any kind of update was a complete joke. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and when you finally reach someone, you get fed whatever lie they think will get you off the phone.
I really wanted to like this company, I really enjoyed working with the staff until the actual move. In the beginning everyone was helpful and I especially appreciated Steve, who was my contact. …
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
