Scammers. Arrived 11 hours late and constantly lied. Refused to load truck until they were paid 100% cash in advance. Goods taken to Denver, but were 2 days late. Extorted us for more money to unload. Broke numerous items. Some stuff missing.
The moving coordinator forgot to file my information and every time I called him trying to get confirmation or scheduled time just kept telling me they would call me as the move got closer until I finally went around him and found out the moving company hadn't booked me and was overbooked the day i was supposed to move. The move itself was a nightmare, packers dropped a box with my entertainment center components over a banister down a full flight of stairs.
Please spare yourself and your things from Metropolitan. It all started in early August when Fred came to our home for a quote. He was nice enough and very promptly sent us a quote on a Friday afternoon. I also promptly filled out the …
This company never responded to my confirmation email, never took a deposit, never scheduled a time for a move and is now trying to charge me a cancellation fee on the day of my move. Be careful getting into communication with them.
If you are a truck driver,try to avoid this place. The dock manager Juan is an Ahole for no reason. I don't do to many reviews but I had to do one for this company. The absolute worst!

Pulled up in a semi to drop off couple crates, in and out no problem. Looks tight but was easy. In through the front out through the back.
