In their own words
Unfortunately another company that run by rookies and fraudsters! No insurance and legal employees. They damaged my Funiture and refused to compensate. Now, they block my number! Good way to do business!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had a fantastic experience with this moving team! They were on time, highly communicative throughout the entire process, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took great care with all of our belongings, carefully wrapping and protecting everything before moving it. Nothing felt rushed, and their attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful day. A special shout-out to Al and Mark, who were our team for the day.
I just completed a long-distance move from my four-bedroom Victorian in San Francisco to Los Angeles, and VIP PRO Moving absolutely nailed it. Like most people, I had serious anxiety going into this—between all the horror stories you hear about moving companies and the fact that I had extremely fragile and expensive video and music equipment, I was bracing for stress. But from the initial virtual walkthrough, VIP PRO was different.
I decided to go with VIP Pro Moving after going through a few others. I spoke to Alex, who handles sales. He was professional and helpful. Originally I was going to go with another company because they had a better rate but VIP agreed to match. The team that we were assigned were Joh, Erik and Mansur. They called when they were going to be late than their assigned time. They were respectful of our house and properties; cordial and pleasant. They did request extra cost for moving my bed because of how heavy it was.
Tim and Ali were amazing! The move was fast and efficient, and they also helped with packing, which made everything so much easier. They were professional, careful with my belongings, and worked quickly while staying organized. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Tim and Ali to anyone needing reliable movers.
