The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for STAR Professional Moving are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Mountain View
About the same as the middle of the 4 movers in Mountain View we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
I am extremely happy with the service and quality I received from STAR MOVING AND CLEANING! From the very beginning, the team was kind, respectful, and professional. Communication was excellent, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve used many carpet cleaning services over the years. Some were good, but most were just average. This was my first time using STAR MOVING AND CLEANING, and the difference was immediately noticeable.
Thank you so much, Charles! It's a pleasure helping you clean your carpets and we would be happy to help you again! We wish you and your family all the best!
Do not think this is a cheap service, there were four hard working people cleaning my apartment from top to bottom. They scrubbed the disgusting floor behind my fridge and oven, despite the fact that hadn't been done even when I moved in. My place was spotless, Lina kept me up to date at every opportunity, and everyone was fully involved and responsive. I cannot say how appreciative I am to all involved.
Thank you, Campbell! And your understanding of our hard work is very kind. Wishing only the top experience at your new place! We would be happy to help again!
We’ve been using Lena and Alex’s team in our home for a year and they’ve been outstanding! They are excellent with communication and are always prompt. They are respectful and thorough and always seek approval of the services rendered! Would recommend!
Thank you so much, Lauren. It is a pleasure to help you and your family. Happy Thanksgiving!

The entire process including scheduling, and execution process was very professional and stress free. Lina and Alex and their staff was amazing. As Listing agent, Lina and Alex and their crew really helped me to save time and energy and delivered high quality standard. I truly believed you get what you paid for from their services. Highly recommended! Thank you Lina and Alex!
