🚨 CONSUMER BEWARE 🚨 I contracted to pay $80 month for storage. February invoice said I owed 29$ more then contracted to pay.. Contacted Jonathon and was told that it is a glitch in their accounting system and that they would credit my account the balance but in order for this not to happen again they would have to increase my rent by $1... I've been a renter at this storage facility for several years now, when they first opened they had an on-site manager, by the name of Jose. He was excellent, maintained everything, and it was a great place. Just over a year ago, they made this site a completely remote managed facility, it has steeply gone down hill since then. Last year they had a terrible team for snow plowing their parking lot, and tore up a lot of the parking lot, never repairing it. Huge chunks of black top every where.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Midwest Indoor Storage!! The units are always clean and well-maintained. The customer service team is incredibly helpful and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Most importantly, I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure here.
