Mighty Moving is most worse contract company I have ever encountered - they gave us such a horrible experience I can't explain. We are a family of 4 people (2 kids - 3 years and 11 years ) I hired them 2 weeks in advance - before the move day one of the representatives visited our apartment and looked at everything, clicked pictures stayed in the house for some time, did the inventory, and confirmed they can easily do the move.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They broke my furniture. This was as simple a move as it could possibly be, as we were only moving next door. My husband and I had also made everything as simple as possible—we had already taken most of the things over ourselves, and had taken the drawers out of things to move ourselves. Without permission, they dismantled my vanity and broke it in the process.

Worst moving company ever. First, they moved my already confirmed date because apparently they were going through a move for their own office and were short a truck. I had to pay extra 3 days to stay in my old place. They weren't willing to provide a discount even though it was moved from a Friday to a Monday. Steve claimed "you're stuck with us" so it was basically deal with it. Second, the movers made a hole in my wall, which also came out of my pocket $.
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Here is my experience in a nutshell: - The office GROSSLY miscalculated the amount of time and materials needed to complete the move (less than 1/3 of my items were moved... There was misleading information in what was said in how things were going to be. Used MM for a 500-mile interstate move. I appreciated the binding estimate, the dedicated truck rather than consolidated with other households, and no extra waiting time between loading and unloading. The price was pretty close to the consolidated movers anyway, so not a tough decision. Robbie was great to work with over the phone, collecting just enough information to give me a quote without counting the number of paperclips in my desk drawer.
