To begin with I thought I was dealing with a professional company, but they quickly changed my mind. I called on Sunday to ask if it was possible for them to move my studio piano the next weekend. They said they could, and then we talked about pricing and they insisted on receiving a photo of the piano in order to quote me correctly. Cool, I get it.
The only communication was via email. They never called to discuss my needs. Once a quote was received, I asked if a deposit was required and was told yes. The deposit was made to hold the price quote but a move date had not been finalized. …
