Horrible people and the place is a dive. Refused to refund my Koney after a few days of not using ny storage unit. Mother passed and she hey didnjot care. Shamemon you guys.
This place used to have the pay online option on their website which made everything so much convenient. I don’t understand how they supposedly updated their website and now you can’t even pay online which I find so inconvenient and annoying. Update: to owner that responded, obviously the feature to pay online that used to be in green that was on there before isn’t anymore or why would I had made this post. Here is a snapshot picture of your website, there is no option to pay online.
You can absolutely pay online. That feature still exists and it works perfectly. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Have a great day.
They are never open when they say they are. The hours are posted on the door and website, but I've shown up to get my stuff, only to find out they are closed. For example, I am sitting outside trying to get access to my unit, it is 9am on a …
