In their own words
Will not take responsibility for breaking things, say they only pay 60 cents per pound for anything broken. The employees that actually do the moving are not truthful. My daughter had used them and was satisfied with them before they became an independent business I recommended them to a friend and that was a terrible mistake. I would never recommend them to anyone again. Poor business practices
Unfortunately when additional coverage is not purchased then our standard coverage is .60 cents per lb per article as is any moving company. Also when we unloaded the truck there was nothing broken and everything was fine. Sixty days later … More

Update: We had such a good experience that we used them again. This time to move from a second story 2 bedroom apartment in Muscle Shoals to a home in Rogersville. So much stuff but their team made it look easy. Brent and Marcus were great! Very efficient, courteous, handled things with appropriate care. Absolutely recommend Miracle Movers of Decatur! Professional, courteous, flexible scheduling including Sundays which worked better for us. Came on time, handled my washer, dryer and things with care.
I used them to unload a 26 foot u haul truck that took 6 days to load by myself. They only charged $250 for the unloading of the truck into a 10x20 storage room, which was a real bargain. They were done within 2 hours and the storage room was stack all the way to the ceiling very nicely. I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely plan on using them again when I move my stuff out of storage. Thanks guys, great job. Five stars all the way. Thanks, Shawn
