Took our car in for them to add a hitch. Did not put the piece back on the bumper all the way. Broke our key fob, tried to say it was that way when brought in. They made excuses. Didn’t even do electrical because he wasn’t sure what we wanted. When I asked why he didn’t call, he said it was just too busy. He didn’t half of a job and then made nothing but excuses for why he didn’t do it right! I do not recommend!
I was up there on Saturday getting propane. This place had horrible service and I would not recommend anybody use the service here. They were not helpful at all to my needs and while I was waiting I overheard the employees talking about how the manager was arrested for drugs. Can not believe that they would let a convict and a drug addict run this place. Horrible overall.
Worst customer service. We have come to this location before and not had issues but the manager at the store this time could not appropriately direct us for hooking up the trailer, made snide remarks, and cancelled our reservation when we …
Everyone need to avoid doing business with this location. No customer relations. Needed propane and was out. Didn't even check with other location for me when I asked. Just walked off and left me standing there.
Worst U haul place ever! Customer service and this location do not communicate. They will keep calling you from different numbers and they don't process your payment when you ask them too. They are dimwits
2 hrs job took 6 hrs. Sloppy work. Unhooked battery and didn't hook it back correctly. Tried to tell me i had a dead batt. I didn't. Wondered what they were doing for lunch??
