The rating breakdown
3 of the 49 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Storage Plus West are one or two star.
Worked out from 49 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Decatur
About the same as the middle of the 9 listings in Decatur we can publish a rate for.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Have been using one of the large units for several years. Very happy with both the service and location. Lara and staff have always been very friendly and professional and have helped us on several occasions with uhaul rentals.
Thank you for your great review and your business!
I have been renting from them for a good few months now and I have had a really good experience. I have one of the bigger indoor units and everything has been neat and tidy since day one. I would highly recommend.
Thank you for your review! We appreciate your business, let us know if we can be of assistance to you.
New to Alabama. From Chicago. Christie the boss was on point and professional! She fulfilled my storage & parking needs within minutes! Her rates are the cheapest! Highly recommend Storage Plus!
Easy in and out, excellent location on the west side of the city of Decatur. Convenient for city dwellers and those who live out in the country. 24 hour gated access, spacious storage units.
Thank you!
