The rating breakdown
1 of the 27 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Mission Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 27 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Great Falls
4.2 percentage points lower than the middle of the 10 listings in Great Falls we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
These guys are amazing. After using a different movering company last time, we were a little afraid to hire anyone. Tony's friendly, honest attitude made all the difference. They were upfront about everything, and much more reasonably priced. Friendly, kind, hardworking, and careful. Can't recommend theses boys enough. Even for long distance (Martinez, CA to Billings, MT) no hassle experience through and through. Thanks again Tony for helping my mom.
Thank you Alan for such an amazing review! It was our pleasure to help your mom as your entire family was nothing but amazing to us the entire week! Next time I’m near Martinez I might just have to reach out to get that taco truck location your sister spoiled us with!!
I give Tony and Ken (and Jake) 5 stars and 100% in satisfaction for the work they did for us! I'd grade them an A+ at communication, punctuality, efficiency, and all-round job well done. They moved us from Havre MT to Ulm MT Sept 13, 2024. They took extra care with our belongings; packed and cushioned my antiques, and everything arrived in great shape. They were cheerful and pleasant, hard working through the entire process. I'd definitely recommend Mission Movers. Thanks again, guys :)
Vicki, Thank you so much for the awesome review and the kind words. We take great pride in doing the best job we can do! … More
These guys are terrific. Showed up on time, did fast work, nothing was missing and they handled our personal goods beautifully. They moved our Great Falls house to storage in Denver, then came down a month later and moved the storage unit and a full condo into a new house. All in 3 days. In addition they were always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Their fees were VERY reasonable compared to national moving companies. Do not hesitate to call them.
Linda, Thank you for the awesome review. Hope all is well in Denver!
These guys are great! Very good communication and follow through. They loaded a 3-story house in Great Falls, drove the truck to Bozeman and unloaded it into storage the next day. They worked energetically and quickly, and we especially appreciated the cheerful attitudes which remained for the entire job. Moving is inherently stressful, but these guys made it much less so. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for the kind words! You were the most prepared customer and a joy to work with! We appreciate the business. Cheers!
