Do NOT book with these people. This is the worst service I’ve ever had with an erratic, immature team behind it. If I could give 0 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. See the texts below. I book Monroe through U-HAUL for 3:30pm originally, they keep running late but assuring me they’ll be here and that I don’t need to cancel. At 7:00pm (4 hours late), I politely ASK for a discount but clarify that I’m not asking for a refund, just a discount from the original price.
I am saddened to have to write this, because the movers themselves seem like really good people. We used this company to help move us up north, and we had many issues, but the biggest one being a very expensive marble table being broken and being assured that we would be compensated for this table from a claim being filed with their insurance company. I have contacted the owner Josh several times, and he is not responding to my calls or texts.

They did a fantastic job, were friendly and professional and even moved the date last minute when the new office wasn't ready.
