Morgan and Manhattan moved my friends priceless furniture into her apartment, after it was shipped over from Italy. They had advanced knowledge of the Floor plan, and when they arrived with it, they told her it wouldn't fit, although the apartment was empty. They went ahead and damaged her centuries old furniture, and took no responsibility for it whatsoever.
