Very unprofessional. Moving is hard and hectic as it is. I called for a quote and the lady answers the phone yelling saying go ahead go ahead. As I begin to quickly explain what I have she interrupts me yelling at me no what day? What day? I said I had a long distance move and she’s again yelling saying”Oh No WE DONT DO THATTT...” I said okay no problem and hung up. Learn how to answer the phone with proper customer service etiquette. This isn’t your house phone it’s a business, handle it as such.

I'm not sure what term is the opposite of "white glove service," but Morrisey Moving is a contender. We bought our first home... Upon entering our apartment, one of the movers, before even introducing himself, wanted to know if he could take the window a/c units home for himself. They spilled coffee all the way down our landlord's steps and now she's asking us to pay for a $250 cleaning bill.

Update: Jan 2026 - Hired them again with a last minute move and they didn't disappoint! Tree and Terry were a BLAST!! I've never had a move that was so entertaining, and you can tell their dynamic is really good which helps make the moving process way less stressful. Appreciate the Morrissey crew, Regina, and Holly! ❤️ -- Hired them for a last minute move in July 2025 and they were awesome from start to finish! Regina was a gem helping me get a quote that was fair.
Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend these Movers. They're the cheapest and most efficient movers I've used in Bayonne. Regina and Holly kept me updated constantly. If I had a request by email the response from Morrisey's was quick. Thank you for making our move painless!
Our moving experience with Morrissey moving was fantastic! Our original moving plan fell through and Morrissey was able to accommodate us without any issue! They have all the proper documents for property management companies. Plus they are very affordable! Our movers showed up early! AND they were done in two hours! We will be calling them up for any and all future moves!

Called them up to help me move yesterday. Regina handled the booking and explained everything wonderfully. The crew that was sent over from AM/PM Super Movers were excellent. Matthew, Jean Carlos and Anthony were terrific, they worked fast and handled everything with great care on both ends. Highly recommend if you are in need of moving help!!
