Just to give everyone heads up, had this moving company and I was very dissatisfied and how they handled my household furniture they broke a lamp, broke the arm of my loveseat, stretched my washer and dryer, which is grayish . A coffee table was broken. My bedroom furniture was left outside on the porch because they swore they could not get it into the house which was not true. They just got lazy sloppy and didn’t want to do it.
Brenda, We did explain many of the damages you're claiming are not damaged or broken items as you're suggesting. The love seat arms did not break, the nails and screws are worn and it fell out, it needs to be pushed back into place.
We've used numerous movers over the years, and were extremely disappointed in this company. We completely understood that they were late because they were finishing another job. That was no problem at all. What was very disappointing was that once they arrived they both had very unprofessional and even rude attitudes. They moved like snails, and seemed like they were just seeing how long they could drag out their time. They were unprofessional, as if they hadn't really done this work before.

Amazing experience with Moto!!! They were responsive when I contacted them for a quote and the actual price was consistent with the quote. Carlos and his teammate were communicative, friendly, on time, professional, and hard working! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to move. They were very very careful with our belongings and very well-organized. Also, they helped me disassemble and reassemble my beds! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Moto! I had a really simple quick move with movers Jordan and Logan. My housemate had hired Jordan a month earlier and had a great experience so I asked for him specifically. He and Logan were careful with my belongings and packed them carefully in the truck. I had a small load with many large flat glass objects and I watched Logan and Jordan test rocking the mostly empty truck before our drive to make sure nothing was precarious. It was an extremely easy move for me.
