Mountain Movers lost a box full of electronics worth hundreds of dollars. Had a phone-call with him about the missing box and was gaslit for 20 minutes going around and around on the same conversation point ("Can't you track a phone if it's not turned on?" followed by me explaining why we couldn't track these particular electronics, followed by "But I googled it and you can track a phone if it's not turned on", me [an IT professional] trying to explain it again, rinse and repeat) -- I heard "I googled it" no fewer…
Spent almost 8 hours moving all my furniture... One guy no showed and no one thought to find a replacement. A LOT of damaged furniture and dinged walls. Boss clearly doesnt treat his employees right and come to work with a jaded attitude. …
I didn't move with this company because the communication was really curt. I asked for a quote, and indicated a preferred date. Got an email back saying they couldn't do that date, included a different date. Nothing else. No questions, no interest in my situation. So I asked after prices, again got back a really curt response with no follow through, so we went with a different company. I'm still not sure why somebody would return a quote request with no actual quote as if I'd bothered him while he was busy.

We are so happy with the service we got from Mountain Movers. They were super responsive ahead of the move, offered great pricing, and were efficient and SO CAREFUL with our things/home. We had an excellent moving experience with this company. We were told 3 guys were coming and then 5 guys showed up, which got us moved faster. It was a hot day ( >30 degrees celsius) and they never complained and pushed through. They were all so nice. I would recommend these guys to everyone.
Our movers were awesome! They were prompt and moved quickly. They were great at communicating what needed to be done and ensured all of my belongings were safe and secure. I will definitely be using them again in future and refer all my friends and family for their moving needs.
