In their own words
Mike came out to provide an estimate for our move. He promised to provide wardrobe boxes 2 weeks prior to the move and did not. He brought some very used and broken ones the day of the move so we were packing clothes rather than watching and directing the movers. That was bad but my real issue is that he quoted a low end $2300 and high end $2450. I hired him based on this aggressive quote. When the move was complete, he demanded $3350.
Peter, Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations; however, I did make it very clear in … More
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Called for quote, he never got back to me, despite second chance efforts of reaching out.
I can't always get to my phone. If you didn't leave a voicemail or request a free quote from the website, it's hard for me to make a call back.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I used Mountain Movers to move out of my apartment into a new town home, and I am very pleased with the experience! From scheduling and planning with Donna in the office, to Mike coming out to my place to give an estimate, to moving day operations, everything was perfect. This is a top notch local company, and from start to finish, all of my needs were met. On moving day, the guys were on time, professional, kind, patient, and non- judgmental.
Mike and his team did an amazing job for my long distance move from PA to New York. They were prompt, efficient and handled everything with care. This is the first move I've had where absolutely nothing was damaged and all went smoothly. 100% recommend booking with them for any moving needs.
Thank you for the review.
Guys did a great job moving our stuff. They moved all items from my home and my fiancée's home for a great price. They took unwanted items without any hassle and treated everything with care respect.
Thanks for the review Paul. It was a pleasure.
I used these guys this week to move me from a townhouse to a ranchers. They were absolutely awesome. I have used other companies in the past and did not have a good experience. Everything with this company went super smooth. Everyone was on time and very pleasant. They worked like busy little beavers. They were done with the whole move in an hour and a half. Even helped me unload my car. Hope I never have to move again but if I do I will definitely use this company again.
