BIG MISTAKE USING THIS COMPANY. dishonest and untrustworthy. They arrived almost 2 hours late for a move from Naples to Key West. I had two flat screen TVs -- a 55 inch and a 65 inch brand new TV they DESTROYED both. Smashed completely. Almost all my pots with plants broken smashed completely destroyed. They also Destroyed large 4 x 5 foot framed mirror cannot repair. And Worse -- the movers hid the damage of the TVs by bringing them in very last and after dark and covering the 65 inch tv with a large towel.
I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service. We sincerely apologize for the delayed arrival and the damage to your belongings, including the TVs, mirror, and potted plants.
Wanted movers for a small, quick move of 3 pieces of furniture from a villa to a 7.5'x5' storage unit barely a mile away. Gave me a 2 or maybe 3 hour time frame (can't quite remember), ending at 4p. Showed up 45 minutes AFTER the end of the time frame, with nothing but apologies, went 15 minutes over the easiest move they had all month (still not sure how they managed that) and charged me the full extra hour.

I just want to give a shout out to this company. This company is awesome! They were professional and pleasant. Shannon was communicative and honest when she gave me my quote. The movers themselves were the most pleasant, hard-working group of guys I’ve ever had move me. They went out of their way and even hooked up my cable for me. They helped me arrange my sectional, and did so much more than was necessary, and I am grateful beyond words as a single woman moving. It was such a relief to have this kind of help.

Unbelievably awesome experience with Move4U!!! This is the absolute best moving experience I have ever had. I called Chris on a Friday to inquire about help moving heavy furniture from a second floor apartment, and Chris had his guys, Kelsey and Kolby on the job immediately the next day. This kind of quality service is so rare, I was blown away.
