In their own words
First time I hired them, they were great, my second move, was awful which I wrote to consumer report & better business bureau. They were suppose to bring 2 trucks, but came with only one. Had to call to see when they were going to finish, came back with a smaller truck, still needed one more load and did a no show. They blocked my call and completely ignored. I did hire an attorney to get half my money back. Never ever will hire again, so not pay unless it is done
UPDATED: MoveBusters has continued to ignore my attempts to contact them and clear this up and has shared with PayPal details that caused a denial of a refund. I'm still waiting to hear back from the BBB folks. I've lost all faith in this company. If he (Thaddeus) COMMUNICATED and explained to me that the refund wasn't possible, we wouldn't be at this place. But he promised a refund on an overpayment, did not deliver on said promise and thereby stole as much as $280.00 from me.
In August I had inquired for moving services which included 2 movers and a 27' truck, however, when the day came, the company shared there were some mechanical problems and showed up with a 20' U-Haul truck and 6 movers. While this was not what was initially agreed upon, I still had faith in their service. After the move to our new house, I noticed damages to our freezer and reached out to Thaddeus at Move Buster.
I booked a move and cancelled due to circumstances changing. Over 6 months later and my deposit still has not been returned even though they told me twice they were returning it. And now they won’t even return phone calls. I’m guessing because they never intended to return it. If I could give them zero stars I would

Wrapping up a move with Ty and James and I couldn't wait to give a five star review!! Fast, careful, courteous, friendly, on time, compassionate about what move day is like for their customers and happy to do whatever to "ease the stress." Move busters even rented a truck for me because I was concerned their available fleet today was too large for the space I had to park. Less expensive than my other favorite...I'll definitely go with move busters again. thank you!
Move Busters helped us with our move north. These guys are courteous and responsive. They show up on time and work very hard while being sensitive to the needs of the customer. Reasonable pricing. They are our “go to” movers!
You and your family were a pleasure to move!
Move Busters was the best moving experience I have had in decades. Kevin and TJ (the BEST!) showed up on an “urgent” basis after another company stood us up. They kept us informed of their ETA and were right on time. They were able to negotiate a difficult corner and a too small elevator to load up a too large sofa. They were funny and kind and professional with a more than fair price! I cannot recommend them more highly.
These guys are the absolute best. Hands down. Professional, efficient, friendly and thoughtful. Couldn’t have asked for a better mover. Highly recommend. They stepped up when our movers bailed on us at the pickup date, but Move Busters arranged the moving for us overnight. Quite unbelievable. They also give the best rates in town.
