Probably the worst $1500 I've ever spent to move my small 2 bedroom one level house to the new house which is less than a mile away. There was no communication prior to the moving day except that they'd be there and it would maybe take 3-4hrs at $200/hr. Then 4 guys show up and they didnt bring any packing supplies.. um hello.. You're a moving company?
I'm sorry things got off track, we have improved since then.
We hired Move It Man and were told to provide the Truck to Haul our things to the new location. The employees showed up late without their moving equipment (dolly, blankets, etc.). Subsequently they also charged us their lunch hour and the …
We agreed on settlement cost, it was paid and then you called back wanting more after we had already agreed.
100 dollars an hour. They came to work. Wasted time and left early promising me they would return in the morning. NO CALL NO SHOW LEFT ME HANGING. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
We do apologize and I'm glad we could fit you in the schedule for the first day. The next day however wouldn't work under such short notice due to a very busy schedule.

I had three guys show up, and move furniture from a third story apartment to a second story apartment. They were fast, they were efficient, and they were very careful with all of my things. I would recommend them 100 times over. They went over and beyond to help me out. They had very good communication with me. They let me know whenever they showed up and they let me know when they were finished. The guys names are Sam Devon Conner! If you’re looking for someone to get the job done, call them they are the one
I’ve had these guys move me several times and they are the BEST local moving company in the town of spearfish. No hidden costs, they show up on time, respectful of my things and all are polite and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
My husband and I had such a great experience moving these guys! They are professional and friendly, and they take good care of your possessions. They kept in touch with us regarding our moving dates and times as well. They called the day before to gauge how much furniture they would need to move to ensure they have the right number of people to assist. The day of the move, my husband did a walk-through with one of the guys about which furniture would be moved, and soon after, they started loading.
I had such a positive and supportive experience with these guys. The communication was easy, clear, and professional. They accommodated my moving plans really well. Very well planned out and organized. I was so impressed with how quick and efficient they were with the entire process. They are also well-equipped with moving materials to protect items. They were able to accomplish what would have taken an entire day in just a couple of hours.
