I do not recommend this company for loading your U-Haul. Four years ago, they did a great job, but this experience was disappointing. The loading process seemed fine, and I trusted them to pack properly. I paid over $1,100 and tipped each of the four workers $50. Upon arriving at my destination, I discovered my 75-inch TV and 49-inch monitor were damaged. The TV was placed face-up on top of the load without being secured, and the monitor was also unsecured, slipping into a gap and cracking.

The move went well and I was impressed with the job done by those moving me, except for one thing which didn't have to be a big deal. The company's response to the issue leaves me wondering about the owners' willingness to accept responsibility and their lack of concern about customer satisfaction. For this reason I would not recommend using them. When I initially scheduled this move, I spoke to Julie and asked if I needed to unload my upright freezer. She said no.

We have moved 5 times in the last ten years- over 1500 miles. Never had even a scratch or dirt stain on anything. Thomas and sons moved us less than 5 miles and nicked and marked almost every piece of furniture. They refused to cover my mattresses. Which ended up covered with debris and I couldn’t get all the stains cleaned. They refused to cover any furniture. Which I now have dents, scratches. They unpacked my drawers and handled pillows that are now dirty. They had to take breaks every hour.

Broke 1 tvs. Would not setup table or beds. I have call left message. Been a week and they have not called after i left message. Dont hire these fools I did have hardware it was taped to the to the items. Why would you lie, your son did a bad job
Client did not have hardware for tables and beds, which they disassembled. No TV's were damaged, this is a false claim.

I hired Thomas & Sons to move my parents from one apartment to another. We had planned to have stuff organized when they arrived, but life happened and when they showed up - we'll just say it was not organized in any way. We had a 3 guy crew. They communicated well, showed up on time, were quick, efficient and frankly, they went above and beyond when I had a few additional requests for them. The guys were careful, kind, courteous and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen from Thomas & Sons moved me into my home today, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were friendly, professional, and took great care in handling my furniture. They were also very careful not to gouge the walls or damage my hardwood floors. They worked incredibly hard in the heat without ever complaining and maintained a positive, professional attitude throughout the entire move.

Mike and Alex with their co workers made a difficult job an excellent experience! Moving a large number of tenants from an old apartment to a newly built apartment brought tears of happiness for tenants!
