What an amazing experience! From beginning to end, they were all just incredible. Both of my movers were fast, funny, kind, professional and careful with my things, and they communicated so well. The prices were also very fair. I also loved being able to count on them arriving when they said they would and I loved paying my invoice online. I paid less than they quoted. I’d use them anytime. In fact, many people I know in Asheville use this company. Thanks so much!
Highly recommend these folks for junk removal! They arrived on time and were personable but also got straight to work (which the labor is charged by the hour so I appreciated this). They made quick work of all the junk we needed gone. The actual invoice came in under the quote which was also a nice surprise. We had some gross stuff left behind by the previous owners of our house and Move It or Lose It took it ALL.
I cannot rec Move it or Lose it enough! My two movers were super nice and moved very quickly and efficiently and were always very mindful and respectful of my time. There was a stubborn dilemma with my bedframe and stripped allen screws (completely my fault as i’ve moved with this thing and taken it apart and put back together so many times lol) and I truly thought that thing wasn’t getting out of the room (it couldn’t fit through the doorway without taking it apart).
This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had . They were kind, communicative, transparent, and efficient. George and Azalea, our movers, were incredible. Pricing is transparent and fair on their website and the estimate you get is clear and detailed. My roommate and I had underestimated just how much stuff we had and our ability to be fully packed and ready before our moving date.
