Most of my furniture was broken and he never paid for the repairs or broken furniture...lied about the cost said it would be 3500, 7500
On my moving day, the movers never showed up. I was moving from another state. When I called the owner, he said that he forgot to put my move on his calendar, despite multiple emails and phone calls to ensure that I was on his calendar. I submitted his email verification for the date, and the estimated price. The owner then scrambled to put together a team and sent them to my home.
Call, no answer. Call, no answer. Call, voice mail, no answer. Move MB is the local mover for a mattress I ordered. Both the mattress company and I have been trying to get in contact and there's been zero movement for a week now.
Can we get your last name so we can look into this because there are no voicemails we have received from a Brandon.
This company was terrible. They came to our home and saw what they would be moving. Told us they would wrap our pictures. Didn't. The frames were scratched and glass broken in one. Some of the frames averaged $300 to $500 dollars. He told me to get a furniture pen and that would take care of it. They told us they could move our planters with plants. They told us they would box them. Didn't.
Mrs. Jankowski, there is no place in this world for your racism and hatred and just general attitude towards other human beings. The guys could not have been nicer to you and your husband even in the face of your relentless remarks and tirades right to the very end.
We hired Move Myrtle Beach to move and store our furniture while waiting for our new home to be completed. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked Joel what happens if something is damaged. He stated "they would definitely take care of it". When the furniture was delivered, we noticed our bedroom dresser was damaged. We contacted Joel and he sent Chris out to look at it. Chris said, and I quote, "Joel will probably want to come look at it himself and try to fix it, maybe with a special polish".
Update: despite owner saying we could talk and get this resolved has still not repaired or replaced the furniture they damaged when moving us in july. Have made endless calls and have no resolution still. Very poor movers, would avoid at all cost. Arrived with too small of a truck, then proceeded to jam it full. Damaged multiple items, which 6 months later they have still not repaired or paid for. In addition I spent hours moving all the things they left behind once their truck was full.
Brandon we literally move hundreds of families each year locally and long distances with full sized trucks. If what you are saying is true (and it's not) we wouldn't be in business very long much less the past 5 years and this page would be littered with negativity.
had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. They sent two elderly movers for a job that clearly required a stronger, better-staffed crew. I genuinely felt bad for the guys — they were polite and clearly doing their best — but they were physically overwhelmed from the start. Because of that, several pieces of furniture were damaged, and my sofa ended up soaked in sweat by the time the move was done. That’s not acceptable, regardless of the circumstances.

The company was contracted by the mattress company I had ordered a recent purchase from. There was some initial communication difficulties. However, the day of the move dispatch was responsive and the movers were great. Super polite, fast, and efficient. I was very grateful for their service and competence. I would recommend.
Absolutely Terrific!!! We just moved from Myrtle Beach to Johns Island and we used Move Myrtle Beach! We haven''t moved in 30 years so we had no idea what to expect! They were on time for the packing and loading...it took an entire 3 days. It was a nightmare for my wife and I but Joel, the owner, and his guys made it tolerable. They were communicative, cooperative, transparent about everything, and most important of all they did the job well and on time!

The 2 guys that came to move our furniture were great. They wrapped everything to keep it safe from damage. They were very friendly and polite. My only problem was I was not informed about the 1 hour travel time. Not sure where the truck comes from. But the extra hour should have been mentioned when we made the arrangements. I was not happy when it came time to pay.
Your move from MB to Longs was a total $630. We always tell our customers about the travel time before even coming out and it is also clearly written on the BOL that is signed off on before the job begins. The travel time covers the time to get to the job and back from the job.
Excellent service -went above and beyond to protect my items and were extremely efficient and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants moving assistance at a reasonable price for a great team of help!
