In their own words
To say that I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. Move Pros was selected by the mover I contracted and the service was just not good. The foreman sort of knew what he was doing, but the workers did not. Our stuff was thrown in boxes with no rhyme or reason, and the inventory was super hand-wavy so it took us months to go though every box to find everything. They also had no idea how to deal with furniture, denting a doorway moving a desk instead of taking it apart. But the main issue was the damage.
Clown show. Packed plastic unbreakables with crazy amounts of packing and expensive electronics with zero packaging. Sent two massive box trucks, told me they were there for 2 days and spent 6 hours filling 2/3 of one truck. Damaged speakers, clothing and other items due to poor or no packing and not following instructions. I highly recommend finding a different company. They were part of an international move that was $$$. Very upset with these total clowns.
Beware!! My move was estimated for 7 hours which turned out to be 11.45 hours. The truck was too small for the move, which resulted in my furniture being piled on top of each other. I have antique furniture, and a marble top to a table was broken in two due to their poor packing. Several pieces of furniture was scratched and chipped. My fragile boxes where mixed with heavy boxes on top of them! Beware of this Moving Company! The quality of this move was very poor which cost me over $3,100.00.

Estimate and contract were set up quickly and clearly. Reasonable pricing - I like how they have a flat rate, not by the hour. Movers showed up on time, all items were taken care of and no damages. Move was done very fast.
I rarely do the "review" thing. In this case I had to. Move-Pros, a partner of a company leading an international move for me and my wife, went above and beyond. Laurel and Pedro did an amazing job! Their hard work, efficiency, and concern for the cost of such a move will always be remembered, thank you guys! They unpacked and repackaged items to reduce the cubic foot area of our move which saved us ~1k!
