We were puzzled as to the service that we got in moving our belongings. Maybe it was a bedtime but it was to the point that we sold our house and we went to a another house it maybe it was the timing. But we explained to them that we had to be out by December 31st they knew it was a holiday and they told in 3 week advance what we were needing. We move on December 31st which I understand is holiday.

Called and set up an appointment for a bid for moving. Set up a date and time. Even got got an automated text to confirm my appointment for the following day. Never showed, never called. Moved it myself. Smh

I've moved enough over the years to be able to recognize a great moving company. This team was very professional, on time, responsible and respectful of my move and possessions. They moved my belongings 250 miles and left them in a storage unit for me totally unattended. Nothing missing, nothing broken, and all at a reasonable price. I would recommend move Waco for your next move.
We aren’t even quite done yet and I’m ready to give them a 10 star review. This team was so professional in their behavior. They moved fast and efficient and really just did a great job. They handled our items as carefully as they could and made sure that everything they did they did as best they could. Would gladly use them again for any moving needs

This was my first non-military move in many years, and I was nervous about what to expect. But Hayden made sure it went smoothly, from packing my home to moving me to another city. I called him several times with questions, and he was always patient and made sure I understood the whole moving process. And every single one of the moving crew was friendly, polite, and did exceptional work, making sure to take care with packing and moving my belongings.
