The rating breakdown
Google shows 5 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 4 | 80.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 20.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The Movers Daly City guys have done an amazing job in moving me from my parents' place to Pasadena, the guys were very professional, quick, and accommodating. The crew came to us right on time, loaded my stuff to their truck, and delivered …
Thank you Arthur!
The service was much more satisfying than expected. The movers were really nice, quick, and careful with my baggages. I had computer that was vulnerable but they took care of it very well. Nothing was broken or got scratch. I'm planning to use this service again next time.
Thank you!
