The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 14 | 87.5% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Wonderful experience! A friend recommended this company to me and I'm elated. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. Movers were clean, experienced and very professional. Showed up early and got right to it, wrapping, padding and covering my furniture and floors. Stretch wrapped my sofa with plastic and mattresses so they wouldn't get dirty, I really appreciated the care. They were the most efficient fastest movers I've ever used, they never quit once or took a break.
Thank you so much for the great review. It was a pleasure serving you!
This company is A1 BEST MOVERS I've ever used. Very professional, experienced neat and organized. They hussled the whole time always polite. Stored our three bedroom condo for a couple months and then moved us out to the East Bay. Flawless smooth and very impressive! This company is wonderful, I highly recommend Movers N Shakers

Fabian and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and took extra care to make sure all of our furniture and belongings arrived unharmed. I was impressed by how quickly they moved our belongings and set us up in our new home. We can’t recommend them enough!
Thank you for your review, Hassey, we appreciate your business.
We have used Movers-N-Shakers twice now within the last year. These guys are amazing! Very careful professional and courteous. We moved from a difficult high rise in the city to our new home. Very small hallways, flights and ceilings but …
Thank you Jonathan! We wish you the best in your new home.
