WORST MOVE EVER, SHOW UP 3 HOURS LATE WITH A SMALLER TRUCK THAN PLANNED, COULDN'T GET ALL THE STUFF IN THE STUFF BECAUSE THEY JUST THREW IT IN. HAD TO COME BACK FOR THE LEFTOVERS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. OVER CHARGED AT THE END. AND SO MUCH DAMAGE TO A BUNCH OF STUFF. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called them and made the arrangement for my moving a month ahead of my moving, I kept following up with them to make sure they come on time on day of my moving, I got emails from them that they made me assure they are coming on time. On recently having to deal with this company, i found them absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, to start with I was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment into a storage company, while I was looking for a new apartment, the storage company is a ten minute ride from where I was moving, the begin at 12:00 p.m. and ended at 04:00 a.m., 16 Hour move and there were three of them, my stuff was treated like garbage, it was not packed into the truck correctly, damaged occurred, after loading the second and final load, they…

Movers4you - A horror story. Stock up on painkillers, people, movers4you comes with free migraines! 1. Beyond late. The movers were two hours late and did not bother to notify us. When we contacted them, they did not give us an ETA, just said they were delayed and kept us waiting. I booked the elevators for three hours and by the time they were ready, we only had 6 mins left. They told me they couldn't do it in 6 mins and I had to go negotiate for more elevator time. 2. Sloth speed.

I recently moved and used Movers4You. Very disappointing experience. They arrived 1.5 hours late with many excuses. After a full day of loading their truck it wouldn't start and we had to wait around while they tried to figure out how to boost it (using my vehicle). They were not gentle at all and didn't wrap delicate items although they were asked many times to be gentle or wrap certain things. At the end, they simply told me to take all delicate items with me.

They quoted us for 3 hours plus an extra hour to move our stuff from 1 appartment to another appartment less than 5 mins away. They were tooo slow. It took them 8 hours for packing & moving. They even refused to unpack & kept on asking for more & more money. First, they asked to transfer 500$ & then 300$ more. Then they stopped unloading unless 1100$ more were transferred. 1900+$ for moving goods of a 2 bed appartment less than 5 mins away. They sent 3 movers but initially only 2 were working.

A myriad of things to avoid this company for your moving needs: -Movers arrived after/later than me even after saying they had arrived. -They managed to lock themselves out of their truck (left the keys in the truck) which caused a 50 minute delay in the move. -They used our furniture to stand on because they needed to see into the van to lockpick the key out. Very disrespectful. -The movers did not speak or communicate effectively in English and thus did not understand that they could use our dolly/moving cart.

I went against my better judgement and went ahead and booked with this company even after reading several negative reviews. BIG MISTAKE. It was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I called 2 days prior to confirm and let them know I had to be out of my apartment early in the morning and only had the elevator booked at my new place until noon. They assured me they would be on time at 9 as I had booked.
