In their own words
Yes the boxes are cheap to rent, but their customer service is terrible to the point of rude. They make it impossible for you to pickup and drop off your boxes because their business hours are only from 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday; NO evenings, NO weekends, NO drop box area where I could drop the boxes off after hours or NO box pickup options. Oh and they are also closed from 12-1pm at lunch, but they never tell you that- you have to drive down yourself and find out through a ripped handwritten sign at their back door!
Hello Ilham, We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with The Mover’s Choice and we apologize for that. We do our best to accommodate all of our customers. After 29 years in business in addition to offering the best price in town for weekly moving box rentals at 75 cents per box, we like to…
I requested them to disassemble and move the ikea bed for which they accepted-and they broke my bed screws and they were not able to disassemble and left me with a damaged bed frame which costs me 250$ .I request people to not go with them and the people working with them are not professionals
Hi Amruth, We Would kindly ask you to please remove this review since we are not the company you had hired to disassemble your bed . We are a plastic moving bin rental company, we do no offer any moving / assembling services.

In their own words
Had an excellent experience working with Jose and Jesse at The Mover's Choice for my residential move in June 2020! Easy account set up, drop in anytime they are open to pick up more bins or to drop off when finished, and super friendly and quick service! Also, this place has the BEST prices for moving bins, and they are WAY better for moving than cardboard boxes! Cardboard always runs the risk of collapse if you pack the truck incorrectly, but these provide great structure!
Hi Chels, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at The Mover's Choice. We're glad to be of service and are happy to know we were able to help. That's fantastic! Yours in Moving, The Mover's Choice Inc. Team
Great company to rent moving equipment from. Anything from moving blankets and moving bins to stair climbers and heavy duty safe movers. As a manager of a moving company, I was looking to rent something that can help us with a commercial move. Only these guys had it. With their equipment, we were able to move a crate full of glass, weighted around 3500 pounds. Their equipment always comes clean, maintanced and for a good price. Totaly recommend this place to anyone looking for any sort of moving equipment. 👍
Hi Artem, Thank you very much for the generous review. The Mover's Choice Team
Highly recommend The Mover's Choice if you looking for moving supply rentals! We rented boxes/lids and after using them we will never go back to cardboard boxes. We found the prices very reasonable and chose to only get 1 size after initially thinking we would want two different moving box sizes (they were flexible on this, we didn't even take all the boxes we thought we would/initially reserved), the consistent size made it easy to fill and load into the truck/trailer.
Hi Paige, Thank you for using The Mover's Choice for your moving supply needs. The Mover's Choice Team.
They are a life saver. The apartment that we recently moved in was infested with roaches and we had to move out ASAP. We couldn't use traditional cardboard boxes because the roaches could easily move out with us hiding and laying eggs in the crevices of the boxes. I was super stressed and couldn't figure out what to do until I came across these guys on google and bam! that was our way out. I rented the super cheap 0.75¢/week boxes from them to pack all of our belongings safely.
Hi Abbas, Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. Kind regards. The Mover's Choice Team
