They quoted a time and rate at the time of booking. They went over the time by double the hours. Broke one of the items, left things in storage scattered. When I asked to have the items organized a bit when dropping to storage so more things can fit in, they said that's not their responsibility. I filed a complaint but never heard back after talking to the manager. I booked them based on ratings but extremely disappointed and no accountability.
Wasn’t very happy with their service. Showed up late then proceeded to take 4.5 hours to move a 1-bedroom apartment to a new building literally across the street. The two movers appeared to be dillydallying and horribly inefficient. When questioned about it, I was met with unsatisfactory responses and excuses from both the movers as well as the customer service rep. I was also very upset with how their customer service acted after the move.
First, the movers were pleasant and didn’t break my stuff (they did drop a standing desk). However, I was quoted a time and price, and they almost tripled it. Seriously. …

I recently moved from one property to another and had an excellent experience with this professional moving team. JD, Diviansh and Mansharn did an outstanding job from start to finish. They handled every item with great care and professionalism. All my belongings were packed, moved, and delivered safely without a single issue or damage. Their attention to detail and respect for the items being moved was truly impressive. The team was punctual, hardworking, polite, and very organized.

Snober, Avneet, and Gurveen were an amazing team. Quiet, quick, diligent and careful. We had a lot of stairs and after loading a box they would run back up to get the others instead of walk which of course helped us save time and money. Nothing was broken or lost and when they accidentally forgot to pack a piece of our couch, they went back to get it and install it free of charge. To book the move we worked with Ansh who was quick to respond, very clear and helpful.

Professional Movers were outstanding. We appreciated their diligent packing, disassembling of large furniture and setting up and reassembling at the other end.
