Hi. We signed a contract with you to move our daughters belongings to South Carolina. Your subcontractor showed up without a truck, 5 hours late, refused to honor the contact due to a grandfather clock and mirror that i paid you $500 to ADD to the contract. He wanted $1400 more dollars for those items which were CLEARLY ON OUR CONTRACT. We were suppose to move yesterday and now we are left in the cold with you holding $900.
They broke my bed during the move and they reject to pay even they have insurance. They left and leave the work in completed. We have to find another company to do the rest leftover work.They change schedule 10am to 12am by texting me 12:10 am. We already book u-haul for the move at that moment. Overall very unprofessional！I would recommend u-haul move service only cost 5 dollars more but much more professional!

I have used these movers several times in the past and they have always been great. However, this time they no call no showed, and have completely ghosted us. We’ve called and texted for the past two days without a response. We had to hire other movers.
Not happy with the management of this company. Had a piano to move and specifically asked if they had experience moving pianos and that it was going to a second floor apartment. Was told yes and they did not need any extra straps or equipment. Only reason we hired them. Only 3 guys showed up and only one had ever moved a piano before but not up a flight of stairs. They did not send enough guys or guys big enough to do the job properly and my boyfriend had to help get the piano up the stairs.

Scheduled between 10 and 11. Received first call call at 10:19. Said almost here. I called at 10:48. They said just down the street. At 11 I called their boss. He said they will be there at 11:19. Arrives at 11:26. They move slow and take constant breaks. I realize it’s hot, but I’m paying for their time. Do not recommend
