Moving Around The Clock damaged our bedroom set. Offered $100.00 compensation for the damage. The 4 workers worked slow to clock additional time. Wanted a tip after the damaged, very unprofessional. Office refused to respond to emails regarding the damage. Screws missing from furniture disassemble. Do not use this service. After several emails, someone emailed me stating I was harassing the company by stating I would take it to social media. I reminded them that I am the victim with the damaged item.
They do have hidden fees. When I called in to make the appointment Cody had informed me that the estimated cost would be around $800, After letting him know that I had 4 appliances and more. The moving day comes and Alex informs me that there is a $95 charge per appliance. After moving a few items into the truck, me and my wife contemplate whether or not we want them to take the appliances or not because it'll add another $400 on top of the $800 planned to be spent.
Dealing with this company was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with any company in my entire life. They took advantage of my elderly father. They mislead how their pricing worked and also stretched out the time and charged double what was quoted on the phone. The last hour (which was created with slow moving workers and idle time) was only over by 10 minutes but they charged the full hour.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Wish I could give Zero stars! Use them if you want to willingly pay double then expected and damage to your furniture!! This was by far the worst experience I have encountered while using movers! My stuff was already wrapped and ready to go from a regular size storage unit and it still took 3 movers (more like two) “3hours” to move my stuff that was already wrapped and neatly boxed.
Beware of this company’s deceptive business practices. They charge by the hour and will underestimate the time required for your move so it sounds like a good deal, but then will take actions that drag out the moving time and take as much of your money as they can until you complain. We will never use this company again, and we will never recommend them to our family, friends, strangers, or enemies.
