In their own words
On 7/30 we awaited our movers who were scheduled for 12:00 to load out our home into a moving truck. We received a call around noon that the movers would be a couple hours late. This was to be expected as stated in their documents and policy. By 2:00 the movers had not yet arrived, and I decided to call the company to determine what was going on. I can’t remember who I spoke to, but the guy simply stated “they will be there”, and offered no real comforting words and simply seemed annoyed I was calling.

Unfortunately I had irreversible damage done to almost all the furniture they moved. Surfaces were scratched, gouged, dinged and the movers refused to use blankets to protect the furniture. Thousands of dollars of damage done. Since I was recovering from the move I missed their 7 day deadline to fill out the paperwork even though I had informed them of the damage already. They are doing nothing to make it right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Workers were over worked, and likely under paid. The crew was fine, but the service and technique was absolutely terrible. Trust the bad reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were over four hours late. They did not listen to instruction, nor load the truck appropriately for an out of state move. The person at the other end of the phone number was terrible, inconsiderate, patronizing, and rude. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Be Aware!!! Don’t use this company. They blame state regulations to charge for every additional minute and up to hundreds over the initial quote. I was double charged and was told there’s nothing they can do about it . They even charged me for driving to me and back to their store. It was not a good experience specially that I told them my rent a car broke down and the guy on the phone had no mercy.
Hey Ana we do have to charge for out bound and return travel time which is something ALL of our customers have explained on a recorded line. This is not a choice but indeed a rule set by the Oregon Department of Transportation. Im sorry that your experience wasnt better
Damaged my brand new sofa, broke my bookshelf, and scratched my table.Then, they offered a measly $40 after I filed a claim with them that was reviewed by someone FROM MOVING FELLOWS. Seems sort of biased. Just read the other reviews about damaged furniture and people not getting adequate payment and take your business elsewhere.
