Think twice before using 2 brothers! We used their services during memorial weekend. They came 3 hours late making us waiting for the whole morning and 2 of the 3 movers are unprofessional. They broke one of our dressers and when they moved things, even they have a trolley they don't know how to go down the stairs. All you heard was stuff pumping on your stairs and leaving marks on it. Not mention that they are just waiting and moving very slow to maximize their "time".
The move has not happened yet. That being said, so far my experience with them has been nerve wracking and I'm getting a bad feeling about my move. I will come back and change this review or delete it should I have a good experience. First of all, the questions to book my move were ridiculous. I booked my move nearly 4 weeks in advance for a 1 bedroom apartment, she wanted to know exactly how many boxes I'll have. What? I've never had a moving company ask this before.
They said a pickup on day 1, and delivery on day 2. The young crew had personal plans, so they left early. Our move turned into a four day move, and twice the money. We discovered our friends had the same experience. This business purposely survives on doubling their service. The crew drove away from our house with one of the trucks 2/3rds full with an hour left to finish. The issue is they bill hourly, and not a fixed fee. They charged us 4 hours of extra drive time for 1 hour of work.
Dylan and his crew did a poor job loading and stacking our belongs into a upack trailer for a cross country move. While we were unloading the trailer at our destination we became quickly disgusted on how they stacked and loaded it. We packed our belongings in some heavy duty black bins and all heavy duty moving boxes, and packed them all carefully with lots of paper and bubble wrap. They wrapped our furniture and other odds. But if it's not stacked tight and properly it won't matter...

This was the worst moving experience I've ever encountered. I was given a quote for 2 people to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The only items I was moving were three boxes, a small table, 2 chairs, an office desk, office chair, 2 beds, 2 bed frames, and a couch. After they arrived, they said they needed to get two extra people because they had to park a block away. They did not seem to know how to take things apart, and most furniture left my apartment without being wrapped appropriately.
This was my family’s 3rd time using 2Brothers. In the past it’s gone well, but this time will be our final time using their services. They helped move my elderly parents into a duplex on Monday and multiple mistakes were made. They gouged a hole in the ceiling while not being careful with a tall bookcase, they broke a light at the house they were moving from that my mom had to pay the new owners for since she couldn’t find the exact replacement, they left numerous items behind that I had to make several trips back…
My experience with 2 Brother Moving & Delivery was highly disappointing and frustrating. Despite meticulous planning and communication on my part, the execution from their end was abysmal. Firstly, despite a detailed phone call prior to the move, during which I specifically emphasized the need for wardrobe boxes, they failed to provide them. This negligence resulted in my clothes being haphazardly stuffed into garbage bags, rather than being properly transported.

Hot off the moving press: Mike, Gabe & Chris from 2 Brothers crushed it (not our stuff, the job!)! We are so very grateful for their expert, caring, careful, considerate and prepared-for-anything help. If we could give 2 Brothers 10 stars we would. This local company runs a tight ship; they are organized and communicative and brilliant from start to finish.
Edit: 2Brothers 7/3 move 2025 Great move with Dane, Austin and crew. On time, communicative and careful! All the things you could ever want. As evidenced, a huge 2Brothers fan and this job reinforced our customer loyalty. Edit: 2Brothers move 2021 Had a terrific 7/8 move with 2Brothers, Team Zan, Ben and Leo. It was a Beaverton to PDX move of some exercise equipment and a piano. In particular, the piano was well wrapped, unharmed and arrived in tune!
We moved in March 2021, and had help from Devante, Matthias, and Michael from 2Brothers. We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment for about five years (meaning we had a lot of stuff) and moved to a Duplex. Although many Google reviews were positive, to be honest, I was a bit worried. Devante, Matthias, and Michael were absolutely AMAZING. They were fun, friendly, and yet professional at the same time.
2 Brothers moved me back in August and Nick was the team lead. Nice, trustworthy group of guys who worked efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but there were a few things that disappointed me about the service. 1.) They were closing up the truck to leave when I pointed out to them that they had forgot an entire area of items to be moved (back yard furniture) 2.) They left a chair behind which I realized after I had paid and as they were about to drive off.
