I had a great experience with two bookings in the past few years. Now that they do not have anyone answering their phone, do not rely on their online booking system unless you talk to a person. I had to reschedule, so Dustin just texted back 10/4 which was July 10th 4 pm but no confirmation was given. On that day, I couldn’t reach anyone so when it was 10 minutes til 4 pm, I called and left voicemail to not to show up unless someone was on their way. No response received.
The price was WAY over the estimate. Way over. Double. The movers were good, but you’ll possibly pay a lot more than your quite when it’s finished. I will never use them again for this reason.

I had scheduled a phone consultation but i received no call back it appears, I even restarted my phone to make sure but an hour after the schedule time, I still received nothing.

Dustin and Juan were punctual, put down protection for floors and carpet (thank you!) very polite and professional. Follow up for the piano and furniture repair has been good. There was some furniture damaged and miscommunication in the beginning regarding how much furniture and what was already wrapped. But Dustin took responsibility, was polite and I would certainly consider working with him and Juan again.

I can't recommend Next Door Movers enough! Last year we had 5 large crates of irreplaceable family treasures delivered that we needed uncrated and moved into our yard. Some pieces were very heavy and needed 2 guys just to move. Well, this week we needed a few of those pieces moved within the yard. Just like the first time, every step of the way, Dustin and his colleagues carefully did the job! Every piece was moved with care. They were professional and pleasant to work with.
