Booked 8/4/2023 and now 8/18/2023 they were supposed to call me 24 to 48 hours from the 4th i tried to call and no answer and went to there website and tried to get a quote no call back would not recommend seems like a scam i had to cancel and choose another moving company save the headache and book with someone else wish i can give no stars
These guys are terrible. One of the guys was so stoned when he got here that I thought he was going to hurt himself. Of course, he burned out after an hour. The owner (Hector) could care less when I called him. Then they broke my TV and said it was like that already. Do not use these clowns
Disappointing experience. I booked two people for two hours and was told by Hector that in order for them to provide services I would need to pay double what I had already agreed upon simply because I had two moving containers. When I asked why there was a difference in price for simply having two containers versus a truck the same size he could not provide a reasonable explanation. I had not asked for additional services, time, or people and only needed a few larger items loaded.
Good afternoon Max We’re happy to have received your feedback. … More
I imagine this company does great work, when they actually respond. I scheduled my job over two weeks in advance, and called to confirm over a week in advance. None of my attempts to contact the company (phone number, voice mail, and two separate e-mail addresses) were answered or responded to. As my moving date approached, I ultimately had to cancel my order and reschedule with another company, who responded within minutes. Holla at Holler & Crew-Movers Ltd., they're the real MVPs.
Amateur hour. They arrived in a time outside of the window they said they would arrive. Double booked moves and didn't write details of size of move. Had to email multiple times to even get a contract. They folded a king mattress into a 3x4 …
Hey Nicole! It's certainly disheartening to see these as the words you choose to leave us after using our services on three different occasions. While we strive to do our best for every client, unfortunately some scenarios are out of our control.
I went through moving Helper‘s because I was moving from one state to another. And at the time I only had three U boxes but then I had another Ubox The two guys showed up loaded up the first box very nicely. Went and took a two hour lunch …
Hi Cassie, We’re very sorry you feel our service was less than satisfactory. We truly did do the best with what we had. Unfortunately most of the containers you provided were broken or extremely tarnished and used, and the remaining items weren’t even in containers.
They're available as moving help via UHaul. Did not respond to texts, vm or email the day before scheduled move to confirm and answer questions. Called me 2 hours before scheduled pickup to tell me I had to take furniture apart myself and …
I booked their service through Uhaul booking. I then tried calling for days and nobody ever picked up. I emailed them and no response. I text them and no response. I was just trying to confirm my booking and get a set time. I never heard …
Good afternoon Michael! We're sorry to hear you believe our service is sub-par. We here at MUV strive incredibly hard to ensure we are as professional and communicative as possible with our customers.

In their own words
I moved with MUV and they were great! Efficient, friendly, and able to lift some very heavy items up flights of stairs! I'd recommend them and will use them again. They also were very communicative when they were running behind schedule and let me know before the window and throughout to let me know their estimated ETA.
Amazing work! These guys showed up on short notice to help move a heavy air hockey table to my basement and did an excellent job. They took the time to carefully wrap the table in blankets and plastic and then lifted it with care through the house. When I asked for a little extra help moving a couch that we hadn’t planned for, they didn’t hesitate. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Strongly recommend!
Hector and his partner were awesome. Hector had great communication before the moving services, they arrived on time, were friendly with my kids, and worked hard to fill our Uhaul Box Containers. They definitely knew what they were doing! Highly recommend.
10/5 🙃!!! I cannot say enough good things about MUV Relocation. They were incredibly friendly, worked so hard, and took perfect care of all my belongings. Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but they made me feel completely at ease through the entire process. The owner himself and his partner were the actual crew doing the work, and they worked seamlessly together to ensure I got the absolute best service and that everything went smoothly.
