Moves are stressful but I had to call the police on this one. Terrible experience and I have missing, broken items! This was a move of 100 feet, literally across the street of same complex. Estimate over phone based on inventory of items was 1/3 of what they demanded. Two hours into the move they wanted $1630 for across street move of 900 sq ft apartment !! They did not complete the job and threw everything in garbage bags into one room.
This move was way over what you wanted and even asked for, nothing was ready and being constantly lied to throughout the day wasnt good either. We did y=our best for what you had, nothing was broken or missing. All your items arrived in the condition we loaded them.
I really wanted this to be better. I called the company and left a message. We are looking for a company to pack our moving truck for us. We've done this twice in the past and it's worth every penny. In the beginning, communication was great. We checked the day, and it looked good. The gentleman was at a doctor's appointment and said he would touch base with me later, but said he would send me an email. This was all done through text. Perfect. No problem. This was on April 17th.

This company was efficient with their time, very personable and friendly, and a great price! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
The team of Moving On were were absolutely unbelievable. I strongly recommend them. They arrived on time and were prepared for a hard days work, even under inclement weather conditions. They welcomed my neighbor's dog in my house, during the storm, as he was alone and stressed. They all deserve 5 stars and more. The crew worked non-stop, asked questions when needed, carefully moved anything I wanted on all in 3 floors and garage. Nothing was too big or small, heavy or delicate.

I want to say how lucky I was to have Moving On move my furniture into my townhome. I was quoted 3 hours and it was only 1 1/2 hours to move me in. They reduced my bill accordingly. I was shocked by this, becuase other quotes I recieved were going to charge me a minimum fee which was the equivalent to 3hours. These guys hussled, but were careful not to damage the pieces they were moving or scratch the walls. They saved me a bunch of time and backache.
