Buyer Beware! Used this company for a long distance move. Many items were missing upon delivery. Some of my electronics were "found" and returned with the identifying markings scratched off. They accepted full responsibility, said they would compensate me, then blocked me. I had to file a police report and threatened to sue for stolen items valuing $3,000. Called them from a different phone number and gave them Police Report number. They said I should sue the movers personally and not the company.

Terrible customer service. I had to do all the reaching out. Owner lacks communication when they are at fault. I had a move scheduled at a set time and on the day of at the set time no call no show. I reached out to the owner and he told me he will call me back. After he called me back He said the movers is 30 minutes out which led me to believe they was never on there way. So I waited an 1 Hour and 15 minutes after that and reached out to the owner again. I asked what was the ETA and he said he will call me back.

SCAMMER ALERT ! Scheduled a move & they never came so I wasn’t able to move out by my move out date and incurred additional fees. SMH . You try to give small business chances and you end up getting burned. Do not use !

If I could give them zero stars I would. I recently moved from south Florida to central Florida back in May. I decided to use Noya Movers as the company to help move me. Who would’ve thought that in process they would damage my bedroom furniture. I spoke with John( he’s the one that answers all calls) and informed him that the young men set up my bed incorrectly where they had the side rails upside down which prevented them from placing the rails under my bed causing the bed frame to bend in and also damaging the…

Do not hire them, they are very unprofessional. Scheduled a move from Pompano to Coconut Creek for 10am today (09/24/22) they called us at 10am when they were aware we had to drive 30 minutes to the storage to meet them. When they called us at the time they should be there they said that will need to move it to 4pm.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They completely wasted my time. I had a move scheduled and when the appointment time came, it was a no-call, no-show. I had to chase the owner down for updates every single time. Then he promised to “figure something out” and call me back. He never did. Instead, he ignored my calls and texts and left me stranded ON MOVING DAY, HOW INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Looking back, I should’ve seen the red flags.

If i could put Zero stars i would they said they had me booked never showed the first day the second day they come 1 hour and 30 mins late and finally started working. my bed frame was difficult to take apart so instead of asking me if they could they attempted to bring the whole frame together they just did it without asking and ruined my stairs. THEN they take everything off the truck and attempted to take off… so we parked our truck in front of there’s and waited for the police which nothing resolved nothing.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE! Not only were they unprofessional but I specifically wrapped my mattress for a safe move for them and they still manage to ruin it by dragging it on ground dirt everywhere and mattress destroyed! Also I had to supply THESE NOYA movers with tools to take apart my furniture and then they lose the screws and bolts for the new place. Furthermore the worst part is they promised a refund on our mattress supposedly had insurance for after 3 months no response!
