I contacted this company 3 weeks in advance and scheduled a date to move. I was told I’d get the confirmation the day before the move. I had to call the day before to confirm because no one reached out to me. I was told that they’d be there at 0900 & ready to go. The morning of the move, I received a call that the team had a member sick and they be over at 10. Complete no show at 10.

Moving with Grace was recommended to us, and we were extremely pleased by their work and price. They were prompt, professional, and took great care of our furnishings - wrapping things well and treating them with care. Moving out of UC Davis back to San Francisco Bay Area after graduating helped retain the larger items I couldn't fit into my car or was too heavy for myself. I once heard about hiring a moving company rather than risking friends and family's time and potential injury and thought it would be best to hire a local company that does this professionally. Juan's customer service and communication with my experience was great and helped move items from the time I originally used the service to this day a few years later.
We encountered some issues with our move during busy moving season. Moving is such a daunting process anyway that I was pretty upset. Justin took the time to really listen. He seems proactive about fixing issues and monitoring how things are done, and I was taken back by his empathy. In a move things can go wrong, and when they do, you want a company that responds with that understanding and kindness.
I hired Moving With Grace a year ago - although their arrival was late, and the truck was too small requiring two trips; the guys worked so hard moving up to the 3rd floor without an elevator and had such a great spirit. Yes I would use this company again for my next upcoming move. Thanks guys!!
