In their own words
I rented the unit for longer than a year. I informed them that a Semi-Truck would periodically pick up pallets from my unit, this was agreed to by the management. And this is what I have been doing for the passed year or so. Last week when the truck came, as usual, one of the managers came out and began yelling at the driver. Today when I was at the unit, She informed me that Semi trucks were not allowed on to the property.

This place has an incredibly friendly staff and offers the convenience of renting a truck at the same place as the storage unit. It was super helpful and efficient! The location is great for anyone coming from the university too! highly recommend this place
I dunno about everyone else but I thought this place was great. I rented a unit here for two years and am only moving out because I'm moving out of town. Good price for a great sized unit (not climate controlled which is important to know) …
We took over as managers 10/5/15 and we do not do things as previous managers, we try to give the best customer service we can on both storage and U-Haul. In response to Diana's remark, we cannot spray inside the units with poison that's just not possible if you have any questions feel free to call us
I had to get a storage unexpectedly and their office manager helped me get set up in minutes. They have been very helpful when I needed to make a change to my payment method and had any questions. They are also open longer hours than a lot of places.
