In their own words
The employees there are liars, especially the man. I gave them the vacant notice when I moved in (2 months before I moved out), and then I wanted to move out 4 days before I planned. The guy told me I did not follow the contract and refused to give any explanations or tell me how to avoid the penalty. In the end, he yelled at me and called the police threatening me. Of course I dialed 911 too and the police did not come for civil issue. The guy took my deposit and the rent for the rest of the month.
I was a loyal customer for many years. I had them set on auto-pay with my bank for $89/mo and when they decided to raise rates by $3. They called the day my payment was due and told me I was $3 past due and would be subject to $15 late fee that they would auction all my stuff off. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer over $3.
I had rent a cargo van in here and they charge me extra for the gas without any notice. A friendly staff from Uhaul customer service help me check the record and giving me the refund fortunately. Would you choose a company treating you with dishonest behavior? Good Luck!
I haven't rented here but based on the reviews I can say I never would.....how does a business generate such poor reviews and stay in business?
