I scheduled my move with this company weeks before the date. I confirmed the day and time twice prior to the move date. The morning of they were supposed to show up at 9. I called and texted multiple times between 9 and 10am with no response. Finally around 10AM I got a response from Prince, the owner, that he had broken his phone and had just now sent my address to his crew. An hour past the time they were supposed to show up.
Wish I could leave less than 1 star. . Left us stranded. When we finally got in touch with him at 11:30, when he was supposed to show at 9!!, he claimed a broken phone caused the communication delay & was on the way. Would be there within …
Don't move with Prince. Was told washer /dryer all hoked up and ready to do laundry. Washer was but dryer was not and could have started a fire had I started laundry and left the house. Called the drivers as they were already leaving 3 times and was told I was all hooked up.
We experienced a terrible experience with Prince. Unregistered trunks and illegal drivers. Insurance would not cover the damage from their truck that rolled due to their uninsureabilty.

Prince Movers came out July 15, 2026 and packed our POD, and they did an outstanding job. Bop and Laren fit everything perfectly and were incredibly professional. They were on time, worked hard, and were a pleasure to work with. The owner, Prince, was also excellent. He was easy to reach, very responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Prince Movers to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly movers. They exceeded our expectations!

I had a great experience with Moving with Prince. First, when I called I spoke with the owner himself, Prince. On the day of the move I got a call 40 mins before arrival to confirm all services and start time. When Montel and D arrived on time, they were great! Communicative, professional, and worked extremely hard from the moment they started. These guys unloaded a 20-foot U-Haul in about 40 minutes! Let me say it again 20feet of truck in 40min. All to a second-story walk-up apartment.
