The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Gaylee and the team at Top Shelf Storage are truly top shelf! They provide the personal touch of a locally owned business while maintaining an extremely professional operation. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the customer service is outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Top Shelf Storage to anyone looking for a great storage facility in the area.
Thank you, Ryan! We strive to provide the very best service in our industry every day!
I can't say enough about the quality of customer service from Top Shelf Storage. Gaylee was extremely nice and helpful after my 19+ hour drive to drop off the Penske truck after our move to Palm Coast. Obviously after that long of a drive I was a bit frazzled. She was reassuring, and gave direct assistance in getting into our storage unit. This is the first one I've ever rented by the way. Seemless and an actually enjoyable interaction. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Aaron Thank you so much for the kind words! We truly appreciate our customers and strive to be the very best in the business!

No pests in my things for over a year. Gaylee has been wonderful! One of the best managers around this town! Rates are great as well.
