Scheduled a move 2 weeks in advance. Was told by Mike they would be here a 9 00am the day of the scheduled move. NO SHOW. Called twice and left message with NO CALL BACK. Totally unprofessional and …
Hello Robert, there should have been an automated message sent out to all customers that we would be rescheduling due to the hurricane. I apologize if you did not receive this message and we sincerely hope you and your family weathered the storm all right.
PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY I have used this company three times in the past. I used their services again in April of this year. After the move was complete, I turned on my flat-screen TV only to find a huge scratch on the screen. I called the owner, and he stated that he would make a claim through his insurance, and I should hear from them within a couple of days.
I called to schedule and appointment to have a couch moved from Daytona to Palm coast, they gave me a quote, price was fair. Was scheduled for a 4pm pick up. At 3pm I contacted them to let them know that I would meet them there, considering it was a gated community we were going to. They told me then, that the mover had a family emergency. He said his other crews were on other jobs, he offered a discounted rate, to have it don't on another day.
This company was scheduled to move furniture from one residence to another within 8 miles of each other..... scheduled on Friday for 3 but didn’t show finally called and informed us he had an issue with a truck.... stated that he would be here the following day at same time to perform the move.... by 6 pm he hadn’t called.... after several calls and texts there was no answer..... 3 days later still no call.... sadly it caused us a deposit and disruption to two families without explanation or communication
We spoke with your wife and explained to her that it wasn’t a “truck issue” but that we were in an accident and totaled the truck and would not be able to make. I never spoke directly with you (I’m assuming husband?) so I apologize if information was lost in translation when you received it.
Called Mike and set up a move of certain pieces and we agreed on a date, time and price. The day comes and they're a no show

In their own words
Used them to move a couch, otter and reclining chair across Palm Coast. They were on time, polite and it was done at a good price. I definitely recommend them for large or small jobs.
The movers were careful with all my items and worked efficiently. They made the whole process a lot easier than I anticipated.
I am very skeptical of moving companies in general because I know a lot of them are scam artists/shady salesmen that will upcharge the day of the load/unload. My out-of-state moving experience with Pick up N Go Movers had good and bad aspects. The best thing that I can say is that they were true to their price and they didn't have any hidden fees. I paid more than what a broker would ask for but their price was set and they did not try to get more money from me throughout the move.
Wow these guys were absolutely amazing. We did an out of state move but used u pack it we move it. I asked on Facebook if there were any movers who could help with just loading. Michael responded and was so great. He and the other guy (sorry forgot the name!) were crazy fast. We have a pitbull and she was so sad to see them go. She stayed sad for a couple hours and we think it’s because they didn’t say goodbye to her😂. Definitely hire these guy!
