I chose this company based on the positive reviews, and I must say my experience was very different. The movers did not speak English, and since I do not speak Russian, we used a phone translator, which is not very efficient as a lot gets lost in translation. Two boxes were not on the list when they left my storage space, even though I told the mover to include it. He told me not to worry... I had to call to make sure that they would be added on.

Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. Timeline for delivery continues to expand from 5 days, to 14 days, to 21 days, to ehhhh probably never. On top of that, they are requesting $3,000 MORE than originally quoted. When I called to try and get some answers I was told to "call our representative as they may be able to help you." Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.

One of the worst Moving company. Very bad Customer service and the sales person never returns your call once you signed the contract. I would highly not recommend Safeway for your moving. To begin with not every service is right for everyone. This service was not right for our needs and I did not receive their service. However after dealing with Eric and his poor professionalism and utter rudeness i never would. Have standards on whom you employ as they reflect your company's values while on company time.

Estimate was a great price, unfortunately just 3.5x less than actual expense. Booked with "flexible" drop-off since didnt have address. Now that have address, just waiting. Very unresponsive once they have your money and stuff.
I'm positive we are not the company you decided to do business with please kindly remove your review . We service Florida only and we have no record. We never take money until after service is rendered. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. We are very easy to get a hold of you can call anytime

I highly recommend Safeway Moving and Storage. Very professional and fair pricing. The move was on time and staff courteous. We were very impressed with the entire process from in person estimate to a seamless move day. We have moved often and this was the best by far. Do not look elsewhere, Safeway Moving is the very best choice!

This company, importantly, Mr. John Lazano who is the TOP MAN, was the most amazing in ALL his approaches to my move & as a senior widow, I really needed someone who also cared about the details!! WELL, JOHN DID & the other nice thing, is that he oversees the whole process! The truck he used was clean (important!) & he is such a great "organizer" too which made me confident that I myself, did not have to oversee them!
