Not very impressed. My wife and I rented a unit online and the passcode didn't work at first. After it was re-set, we went back to our unit and the prior renter had left their padlock on, so the unit wasn't even checked before we rented it. We came back the next day and the padlock was cut off, but it was just laying on the ground in front of our unit - they had not bothered to even pick up the padlock pieces. There was rain soaked bag of clothes and a broken picture and glass beside our unit too.

These manager at this facility was not based on customer service but i will say all she kept saying was “Im sorry”. My unit was compromised by my lock being cut off and rather than them notifying their customers they just left my unit without a lock!!!! I would and will NOT recommend this storage facility to family members or friends!!!

NO SECURITY CAMERAS WORK AT THIS LOCATION! YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE! EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SAFE HERE! ULOCK STORAGE IS HALF THE PRICE AND DOUBLE THE SPACE! YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED! YOUR RATES WILL GO UP EVERY 9 MONTHS!

The only thing good about this place is the office staff, the ladies are friendly and professional. Why send out the birthday coupon if you won’t honor it? My rent was supposed to be $116 so why try to charge $129?

Richard was very nice and very helpful. Besides that, my unit had mold in it.They did nothing about it. Every month my rent would go up with no explanation.I was on auto pay, so it just took it out.

Random price hikes on the units been there for 6 years at the same price then all of a sudden 200.00 for a month and the unit wasn't even temperature controlled

Had a wonderful experence renting here and the lady who took care of me (cyndy) went above and beyond to solve my issues that I was having renting online in person and was personable and easy to talk to and made the whole rental process a breeze. Easy recomend for ease of renting and friendly staff!

I had a hiccup with the gate code but the manager Richard (if I remember correctly) was so very helpful and had it fixed and ready to go quickly. Thank you so much! Other than that I did it online and it was on ((sale)) so fast and easy which was great cause it was 100° outside.

The manager here was amazing. She was incredibly sweet and helpful during my family’s difficult time. She was able to find us the right unit and not at a ridiculous rate! Units are a great price! I would definitely recommend this facility to others!
