never recommend this mover, they broke several things, but pretended they don't know. The owner Michael even said my furniture were damaged before they started. Unbelievable. They put the wrong pieces back on the master bed, the whole bed is shaking. I did not find out until 11:00 pm that I and my wife were ready to sleep. I called the owner, Michael said my bed were missing few screws even before they taking apart.
I never wrote a negative review to anyone. So I booked a truck and 2 ppl for my move in. The contact person was PAT. He gave a good quote initially but after bringing all my things to the destination they asked me 120$ more bcz they sent 3 …

Worst movers i ever see. Not following professionalism with customers. They didn’t know how to treat women's at all. Full of attitude people.

I highly recommend First Class Movers. It starts with Mike the owner, and Ellen, his assistant (who are real people - not an automated phone service) who engage and are knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and accommodating. The movers themselves, led by Victor, were careful and professional. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be minimally so because we were in such good hands. This is not the first time our family has used them- exactly because they are so reliable.
This is my second time moving with First Class Movers. They were so great to work with the first time that I didn't even hesitate using them again. In fact, I didn't even bother to get estimates from other companies. Our move was right after a snow storm and then rain the next day, but they never skipped a beat. The guys were extremely careful and respectful of our stuff. And Mike is fantastic- he took a stressful life event and made it very manageable. Highly highly recommend!!!
