I've always been an autopay. They somehow changed hands. Did not call me directly or email me directly. And sent to notices to a secondary email. Do not do business with this company. I am sending a complaint to the Michigan attorney general.
Robert, we like to send our communications via email to contact our tenants, with the e-mail we have on file. After receiving your feedback, we decided to change our acquisition policy to include sending auto pay correspondences through First Class mail, in addition to the e-mails that we send.

Was a client for a few years. Facility always well maintained. Secure entry any time of day/night. Staff always friendly when interacting with on phone/in person. Plenty of storage carts available for use. Be extra careful pulling a loaded cart through the entrance, as the hump on the floor, can and will shift contents.

I had an indoor climate controlled storage unit at this location for several years. I never had any issues, my bill remained the same price the entire time, and the location was well maintained. Bathrooms were clean every time I used them, the interior was kept tidy, and the climate control definitely made a night and day difference in how my items smelled after removing them from storage. I finally bought a house and cleaned my unit out and all my items felt just as tidy as the day I put them in storage.
